Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service within the first 30 days of a new subscription, simply email support@chirohdtv.com to request a cancellation and refund.
No refunds will be given after the 30-day guarantee or on subscription renewals as we require 30-day written notice.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your subscription please e-mail support@chirohdtv.com 30-days prior to your next subscription renewal date. Your current service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle and then be canceled.
Please note we require a "minimum" of 30-days' written notice! Thank you!
Requirements:
ChiroHDTV provides a single license for each TV in your clinic. The first TV attached to our system is at the base prices of $49.95/month - any additional TVs are $10.00 each per month. (prices in US funds)
For multiple TVs either:
a) Physically split the video signal from your computer/media player out to as many TVs as you like.
b) Add additional computers/media players to your location for $10 each per month. You can use/add any of the following computers or media players...
- Google Cast Key $45
- Google ChromeBit $85
- Google ChromeBox $140
- any mini PC with a Celeron or higher processor
- laptop, desktop, Mac or PC
